By accessing GenovaX, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GenovaX. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any changes.

2. Payments & Subscription

Paddle (Merchant of Record)

All transactions are processed securely through Paddle. By purchasing, you agree to their terms of service as well.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via your dashboard.
Users are responsible for any local taxes associated with their purchase.
GenovaX reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days prior notice.

3. Content Ownership

Users own the images they generate, subject to the licenses of the underlying AI models. However, you grant GenovaX a worldwide license to host, store, and display your content within the platform to provide the service.

4. Prohibited Use

Strict Policy: You agree NOT to use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content. Violation of this will result in an immediate permanent ban without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

GenovaX is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages, loss of data, or inaccuracies in the AI-generated content. Use at your own risk.
